Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In the case of any cancellation, the organizer is entitled to withhold 10% of the full price of the booked travel. The amount kept is for the coverage of potential losses of the organizer, since the organizer is financially responsible to the destination medical centers, hospitals etc.

The amount for the flight ticket will also be lost unless the patient fails to comply the signed policy. Please note that the patient renounces the 2 weeks rights to withdraw the booking upon payment of deposit.

The respective surgeon always has the final word regarding any surgery. The surgeon has all rights to cancel/postpone the surgery, if he/she does not find it secure to carry on with the procedure.

Once in India, if the treatment or hotel booking or post hospital recuperative holidays is cancelled then following non-refundable amount over given cost estimates will apply.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 6 – 10 weeks due to Indian banking procedures and our verification process
